Background Information
John Adams was born on October 30 1735 in
Braintree, Massachusetts. His wife was Abigail Smith,
she also played a big role in the Revolutionary War
Abigail and John also had 5 children.

Accomplishments
1. John Adams worked to negotiate for our freedom.
2. He was the Second President.
3. He saved the Democracy by avoiding a War with France, finally taking
light and granting him his rightful place in History.

1.John Adams was born October 30,1735 in Braintree,
Massachusetts.
2. 1774-1777 Adams was was a member of the Continental
Congress. He also suggested George Washington to be
the comander and chief of the American Army.
3. From 1797-1801 John Adams was one of the people
to write the Declaration of Independence and was the 56th person to sign it.
4. He made speeches for independence from England.
5.John Adams died July 4th 1826.
